No, you are not required to create an account.
Are all the items In-Stores available to buy online?
There may be some products that are too heavy or to large in size to ship and therefore will only be available for In-Store collection.
The price listed online is different to the price of the item in store.
At times certain promotions are run online or In-Store which may result in different prices applying to In-Store or Online Prices. Please refer to Terms & Conditions for additional information on In-Store and Online prices.

Does Robbo’s Pet Barn share any information it receives?
We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.
What do I do if I have not received my shipping confirmation?
If you have not received your shipping confirmation within 24 hours please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you in tracking your order.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, we would be happy to assist you with phone orders. Please call Robbo’s Pet Barn on 0478 505 624to place a phone order.
Can I change or add items to my order once I have checked out?
You cannot make changes to your order once you have checked out. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our return policy.
Can I collect my online purchase from Robbo’s Pet Barn?
Yes please come into Robbo’s and our friendly staff with have your order waiting for you.
Can I change the delivery address on my order?
You cannot make changes to your order once you have checked out, however if you have made an error and need to change the delivery address for the order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attempt to stop the order before its dispatched.
Where do we deliver to?
We ship all over Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.
When should I expect my delivery?
Delivery should be expected from 3 – 10 days. Delivery time is dependent on the dispatch date and the distance of the delivery destination.
What time will my delivery arrive?
As with most delivery services, the couriers that will deliver your order do not have a standard or set time of the day that goods are delivered. Your order will be delivered on Weekdays only from Monday to Friday and generally only during business hours 8am-6pm
What if I am not home to accept my delivery?
If you are not home when the courier attempts to deliver your order they will typically leave a note or calling card.
I have received my shipping confirmation but the delivery has not arrived. What should I do?
Your order will take between 3 - 10 days to reach you. This time frame depends on the dispatch day and the destination address. If your delivery is taking longer than 10 days please contact us at email@example.com and we will help track your order for you.
Will I receive a refund for products purchased online?
Unless otherwise agreed by Robbo’s Pet Barn in its absolute discretion, all Products are sold on the basis of “no return for credit” unless: The Products are received in a damaged state; or the Products are supplied in the incorrect quantity; incorrect Products are supplied to You; or the Products are faulty.
Is the delivery fee refundable if the product was purchased online?
The delivery charges will only be reimbursed to you if Robbo’s Pet Barn is at fault. This involves the wrong item being delivered, a manufactured fault with the product or if the product was damaged in transit. In all other circumstances, including change of mind, delivery charges will not be reimbursed.
What are my rights under the Australian Consumer Law?
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Robbo’s Pet Barn is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy. Any cost incurred by you in returning the product to Robbo’s Pet Barn will be borne by you.
